Exeter House
History of Exeter House
Exeter house is one of fine homes lined Putney Hill and the north face of the heath, west of the Green Man. Exeter House was occupied by the second Marquis of Exeter, George Cokayne, author of peerage and baronetage publications. He died at Exeter House in 1911.
