Board Meeting Minutes 24 September 24

On behalf of the Board, please find attached minutes from the Board meeting held in September.  

The board recognise the lateness in distributing the minutes, however the end of year accounts and AGM held in October results in a heavier than usual workload for the Board to ensure all formal matters are being actioned on behalf of all shareholders.

Residents will be pleased to know, in the New Year, the Board will be distributing a General Newsletter after each quarterly Board meeting.  This will provide much clearer updates on the general running of Exeter House and future projects that may be taking place.
